Desi 52 (desi52.xyz) is an online betting and gaming platform for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you agree to all of the terms set out below. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Desi 52.

To open an account with Desi 52, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account may be registered per person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.

Each registration requires a valid mobile number, which will be used for bKash, Nagad, or other identity verification. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

KYC Verification

Desi 52 conducts KYC verification in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. KYC is mandatory in the following situations:

• Before your first large withdrawal.
• When cumulative deposits exceed a specified threshold.
• When requested by Desi 52.

KYC requires you to upload a National ID (NID), proof of current address, and a selfie. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC is completed.

Desi 52 supports a variety of mobile banking methods for deposits. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• You must use your own registered mobile number when making a deposit.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from Desi 52:

• The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳1,00,000.
• VIP members may be eligible for higher limits.

Withdrawal Timeframes

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. However, withdrawals requiring KYC verification, involving large amounts, or flagged for a security review may take up to 48 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Desi 52 offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own terms. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify for this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required.
• Must be activated on the promotions page before claiming the bonus.
• Bonus amounts are generally awarded at up to 150% of your deposit.
• The wagering requirement set for bonus withdrawals (typically 10x–15x) must be fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

Weekly Cashback

Cashback is calculated on net losses from the previous week and credited every Monday. The cashback rate ranges from 5%–15% based on your VIP level. Cashback is added to your bonus balance and standard wagering requirements apply.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Desi 52, including Sports Betting, live betting, and all available markets.

• Bets generally cannot be cancelled once placed. If a Cash Out feature is available, you may use it.
• Minimum bet is ৳10; maximum bet limits vary by market and event.
• Bets placed at abnormally low or high odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match or event is abandoned, the full stake will be refunded for single bets.
• If any leg in an accumulator is abandoned, that leg will be counted as odds of 1.00.

Live Betting

Odds change constantly during in-play betting. If the odds shift at the moment you confirm your bet, it will be accepted at the latest available odds. A bet is not considered confirmed until you receive an immediate confirmation.

Bet Cancellation Circumstances

Desi 52 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• Bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Markets set before a match based on incorrect team lineup information.
• If evidence of any fraudulent activity is found.
• Evidence of third-party software or bot usage has been detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Desi 52. Any account found engaging in such conduct will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Betting on match-fixing or using insider information to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through dishonest or unethical means.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or exploit any technical aspect of the platform.
• Operating an account in the name of, or with the assistance of, a minor.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
